kakashi had a lot more pressure then sasuke every one knew about his dads amazing power. he had to buckle down and go by the book. keep in mind you have to make choice's quick and if you worked with him you knew what he would do, what ever was on the books

So follow a simple timeline

Obito breaks a rule > Kakashi points it out > Obito insults him > Kakashi owns him

Obito is the one making the first mistake, and considering the condition of Kakashi, it was absolutely normal to react like that
