For the fastest growth rate, wouldn't Hiruzen or Gaara be better than him since both became Kage's at young ages? Hiruzen was younger than Gaara I believe while Gaara was around 17 as Kazekage. Even thought Kakashi was a jounin, he lacked experience which we see when he tried to do things himself, even Itachi, another genius admitted he failed for trying to do things himself.

We seen the same jutsu work on Kakashi, Pein was pulling and pushing him in their fight but he was able to better handle it in certain situations. It more depends on what jutsu it is, example: rapid fired tbb will take all his chakra then another tbb will kill him. Kakashi made chidori, an A rank jutsu as a kid, he better focused his chakra to make lightning blade years later but he did learn the rasengan as you said.

Kakashi noticed the MS downfall because he must have experienced it seeing how he had a MS as well. We saw that Obito really is who made both his Sharingan's go MS seeing how Obito was seeing out of Kakashi's eye (thus there being a connection) and it's the special chakra from the Uchiha's that change the sharingan to a new level. Deidara was talking about the level of the jutsu being on Itachi's which is MS jutsus.

Madara never said anything but it being a good eye, having a good jutsu which both belong to Obito; Madara wasn't talking about skill there, just what the jutsu manage to do. Rin wasn't 4 years old, they were the same age or she was a year younger. Kakashi didn't analyze a complex jutsu seeing it once in your example, he had his Sharingan activated when he was fighting Itachi in the situation Kakashi was talking about, that's not close to Minato seeing a jutsu once and automatically know it's strengths and weaknesses such as Kamui and Chidori. I put Kakashi under Minato in that aspect since Minato automatically figured out Obito's Kamui working while Kakashi couldn't do when they first fought Tobi and even when he was figuring out Kamui, it took him time and the help of Naruo, Gai and Bee to help him test it.

Overall I do agree with the meaning of the thread but not with some of the points you tried to use. You could have used that he has good chakra control since he has low stamina and must use his chakra affectively. Kakashi is wise, cunning and a great leader which earn him the leadership of a whole division in the Alliance. I personally think Kakashi base stats may have been higher if he never got the Sharingan because he had to learn to use it to the level that he did also he was messed up after killing Rin so it's not like he really trained, he couldn't even use Chidori without seeing Rin's dying face.

I would say yes Gaara had more exp than kid Kakashi when he became Kage since we're talking about Gaara and Kakashi when he was jounin which was at a young age. What happened when Kakashi was first put over his team by Minato? He tried to do everything himself and had to get saved by Minato, Gaara learned to put his ppl first no matter what.
