yes but the rinnegan would replace is regular eye so he could use the rinnegan techs when absolutely necessary. not to mention kishi would give him so haxxed stamina boost due to senju DNA

I can give a solid fact as to why kakashi isn't going blind.
If he is losing sight its only in one eye. He still has his other eye therefore he's not blind hes just at a visual disadvantage.
