He can beat everyone from konaha other than Danzo, Naruto, Sasuke, Itachi, all the hokages, Madara and Shisui.

  yes he can. the biggest argument i hear about tsunade vs kakashi is that tsunade has that monster strength, but tsunade isnt that fast, kakashi is much faster than her. he just has to dodge her attacks, or leave a lightning shadow clone, tsunade hits that, gets electrocuted, kakashi takes off her head with lightning chain, mitonic regenaration wont work if her head is gone

kakashi used it twice while he was unable to stand up. that's why he died.

no , that was vs deidara ,300 chapter ago .
after that against pein he did with 50% of his chakra :
1 doton , 1 raikiri and 2 kamui with 50% of his stanima .so i let you imagine how manny kamui he can do with 100% of his chakra.

kakashi is largely on kage level ,i put him above deidara,kakuzu,gaara and tsunade.

kakashi handled kakuzu + all his mask and hidan in same time and saved team 10 .
kakashi didn't even use kamui ,that's why he said that if naruto and yamato would not be there ,he'd have to use kamui in order to kill kakuzu despite to finish at hospital.

gaara:no way , stronger defense , faster attacks , gaara wins with 2 jutsu

gaara is late and has no idea bout what's kamui ,kakashi need a fraction of second to warp him (see susanoo arrow).if kakashi use it at the begenning ,garaa woulnd't do anything.

most of modoratly intelligent forumer would say kakashi > gaara
