How many times has he used kamui against tobi? 3 times i think? thats impressive stamina.

Tobi does have Senju DNA though. Kakashi has been said to have low chakra reserves but from what weve been seeing lately thats not true at all. He is at least low kage level.

Isn't that being only used to unlock the rinnegan? so far we haven't seen anything that aligns Tobi's impressive command of space time Jutsu with senju DNA.

Danzo was able to change Shisui's KA from recharging over the course of a decade to one day with Senju DNA. I guess there is no proof that it helps Obito also seeing as it hasnt been directly stated but im pretty confident that explains why he can use it so much and have no effect on his eyes.
