These are all the elements of Kakashi's fighting style. I think we can confirm that he will be revealed as her sensei which makes sense because he mentored Sasuke and probably feels compelled to mould her into the next Uchiha prodigy

First of all.
Healing is Ninjutsu hence it is called "medical ninjutsu".

Also Mitsuki is according to the Databook the new medical ninja in Team 7.

Sakura probably knows a lot about the Sharingan if Konohamaru of all people know tbh. I mean her husband has it and she's fought it for years.

Well Sarada said that Sakura is the one who trains her before they left for the Mist Arc, but she went to Konohamaru because she was unpacking for their new home. So Sakura indeed is the one helping Sarada progress, like the rest of the parents.

I don't think Sakura taught her any ninjutsu outside of CES and probably helped her battle CQC. Fighting a Sannin-level opponent at least once a week means she would have better instincts than most average kids learning from their average parents.

Plus Sasuke was able to learn the Sharingan on the fly, so I don't think there is an instruction manual. Sarada can already copy ninjutsu per Anime, use Genjutsu, and what-ever else. So technically she doesn't 'need' a teacher. She can just learn things on the spot.
