Kakashi in the top 15? Yeah right.

Kakshi is in top 30 kakshi people dead and in top 15 alive kakshi I would believe everybody likes him or most people like him I prefer not to do threads with kakshi because he is skill enough to be nominated as hokage he is strong . I don't like when people overrate or underrate him . He is repected by every one in naruto even the other kakges repect his power. And I see a lot of on this thread underestimate his abilities and said he barely make top40

Fair enough. I also think he is really underestimated. I believe everybody in NB are only impress by overpowered jutsus, so intelligent and skillfull ninjas like Kakashi are forgotten and don't have their place anymore. It's not for nothing that Kakashi is always respected by each of the opponents he fights. He is clearly dangerous and Pain even said that he must killed him quickly for this reason.

I laugh at all the people who say hes top 15. And that since he beat Gai and Gai beat Kisame that he infact could beat Kisame. No way in hell could he beat Kisame. Unless he got head kamui off. Kamui is dodgable Dediara proved that. Kakashi is only half way decent because of his sharingan and his intellect. Hell before shippuden he had to be saved by Naruto and Sasuke because he couldn't beat Zabuza. But no way in hell is he top 15. Even if you took out dead people.
