At the time Kakashi got the Hokage spot he wasn't very strong... But he should be ranked according to what he made to get up there, not just according to the power he had when he reached the Hokage spot.

If you ask me, the REAL Kakashi, is 1 MS Kakashi ( war arc ) . He was pretty strong, his kamui was haxed and his stamina increased a lot.

DMS Kakashi is like fanfiction and current Kakashi is nerfed.

I like This list a lot. Although ANY spot is debatable, i think for the most part this is very accurate. But Kakahi with DSM.. he may be at number 1.. the Perfect Susanoo and the added Kamui abilities.. he was WAY OP'd.. i mean BEYOND anything else we've seen.. literally untouchable plus sending ppl to another dimension they cant escape and his perfect susanoo.. i mean wow.. with that type of power he wouldnt even need rinnegan or senjutsu to beat Kaguya. its just too bad it was temporary. if it had been permament.. damn..
