Kakashi Hatake vs Kazekage Gaara?

Who would win in a fight? Kakashi Hatake the copy ninja or Gaara of the Desert?

Consider them at their current position, meaning with their current abilities in the current chapter.


As for me...I'd say Gaara. I love Kakashi, but...Gaara.

Gar bear has good defense and offense, along with various abilities.

Kakashi<3 has a lot of abilities i will not name because ya'll should know them by now.

but that's just my opinion. What do you guys think?

Not to sound like a fan-boy... but in actuality Kakashi takes this one.

He has the speed, intellect and reflexes, and a sharingan to dodge garras sand almost endlessly (see kakashi v.s. hidan and kakazu )

Furthermore garra has no real defense for a kamui to the face, aside from trying to stop it before it happens.

And that's to the sasuke v.s. garra chunin exam fight we now know that, kakashi's raikiri will definitely be able to penetrate garra's sand, assuming he get's close enough.

Why would he bother kamui'ng the sand first? He didn't bother using kamui on deidara's clay bird before he used it on him...

I don't know.. it just seems to me that gaara can make one of his greatest defenses and stall , because penetrating through the defense will be hard. Kakashi has gotten better with the kamui, but how many times will he use kamui against gaara's sand?

Kakashi is one of the least "blitz-able" characters in the series.

Edit: Besides, kakashi was able to kamui with sasuke's susano'o arrow coming at him. Are you trying to say garra's sand moves even remotely as fast as the arrow?? (the correct answer would be "no" you weren't thinking that, cause no one is that big of a fan)

I have no idea how Kakashi takes this.

Does anybody remember his fight vs Diedara? if he used any sand techs on that scale vs Kakashi he'd be screwed.

Kaumi could be blocked by sand IMO, but really if Kakashi is fast enough there is a possibility that he could take it. But for the most part I'd give it to Garra.

show me in the manga where gaara has even been hinted to have doton,he dosent use any release,his sand power is gotten from shukaku,a bijuu which also has only wind release,he lives in a dessert,in the land of wind,so how would hw have doton?,he only has fuuton,and he has blocked A kick easily despite being in v2 as well as put his sand in electrified water and still caught madara,so raiton is far from gaara's weakness.
