So, it's common knowledge by now that chapter 700 is 10 years after the war.

The movie was 2 years after the war.

Based on Gai and Kakashi's conversation in chapter 700, it seems Naruto only recently became hokage. He's probably less than a year into the role.

So, I figure Kakashi's tenure as hokage was at least 7-8 years. During that period, Konoha became a metropolis. Skyscrapers, cell phones, computers, probably the internet and public transportation too.

They clearly underwent and economic and technological boom and it all happened on Kakashi's watch.

Does this qualify him as the Leaf's greatest hokage?

LOL....in a halfway intellectually honest story this would be true....but in Naruto? Rin, Obito, Minato, and Kushina are back to the good ole days. All has been forgiven.
