lol This is a one handicap fight BUT it is a really good match up. Honestly Neji is useless in this fight since he compliments neither side

Kisame and Itachi are both suiton users which KAkashi is the only suiton user on Team 1 giving Team 2 a huge advantage.

Amaterasu can take care of Toad Summons from Jiraiya as well as Neji.

fight would ultimately be SM Jiraiya and Kakashi vs Itachi and Kisame.

The fight can get tough from here considering SM jiraiya has frog kata AND Frog songs... On top of Kakashi Suiton jutsu and Raiton.

However Itachi has Tsukyomi, Amaterasu, Gen, and Clone explosions and Kisame has GSB, Shark Missile, and abunch of other jutsu

I'm willing to say VERY HIGH DIFFICULTY either way
