I dont think he liked him, he always trained with sasuke, even though naruto was his teachers son and had similarities with obito.

He liked Naruto..? Of course he did! It's not like he could have him anyways and yes, the rivalry between Sasuke and Naruto was synonymous with the rivalry between Kakashi and Obito. But I think Kakashi liked Sasuke better because during the Post-Danzo's Death fight between Sasuke and Kakashi, Kakashi said he understood how the Sandaime Hokage felt, having to participate in a deathmatch with their preferred pupil implying Sasuke was Kakashi's favourite student.

and you bring up sakura who has cried in the past but has done more at rins age than rin

I think she's useless. Kishi only writes some dialogue for her to make her more relevant to the story again, but then he'll stop.

EDIT: If Kishi really wanted to make her into something he would've had Sakura learn the summoning jutsu from Tsunade to summon that slug.

I actually have to disagree with you. In part 1 Kakashi devoted most of his time to training Sasuke. There was very little interaction between Kakashi and Naruto in part 1.

Naruto kinda amused Kakashi with his fast progress but other than that Kakashi's been a Sasuke fanboy for the whole part 1 and mostly ignored Narutther than that tree walking thing to control chakra did he even trained Naruto ? Way to treat & look after your dead sensei's son :/ I guess Uchiha charm is that much strong,even on men lolz
