Kakashi has a solid spot in top 15

We have seen how dangerous kakashi can do, but with his abilities he would be top 30 max, But if we add kamui, he stomps almost all his opponents. For example:

Kisame has massive stamina and raw power, still can't escape kamui.

Jiraiya has a lot of summons and has SM, still he isn't fast enough to dodge kamui

Hiruzen is pretty dangerous in close combat, still kamui rapes him

Gaara can use massive sands atacks, still kakashi can use kamui on himself to dodge, then come back and head shot.

Oonoki has dust release, but he is too slow to dodge kamui, he gets killed

And i could keep on and on, lets not forget that kakashi BEFORE receiving kurama's chakra he uses 5 kamuis included BM naruto, so fast that obito with MS and RINENNGAN didn't see it.

Well in order to be considered an elite ninja nowadays you need a technique that can one-shot anyone.

Kakashi can one-shot anyone with Kamui exept for Minato, Obito, and 3rd Raikage (speed)

Minato can one-shot anyone with FTG except for Susanoo users (Itachi, Sasuke, Madara) and maybe Naruto (speed)

Itachi can one-shot anyone with Tsukuyomi except for Sharingan users and probably skilled Byakugan users too. He can also one-shot anyone with Totsuka except for people to fast to hit

Obito can one-shot anyone with Kamui except for people he can't touch and catch (Susanoo users, Ultimate defense users, speed ninja)

Nagato can one-shot anyone with ST+CT except for people he can't touch

That's pretty much all the one-shot ninjas right there which is 5 I just named. Even if you account for other notable ninja like Hashi, Tobirama, Madara, etc, Kakashi is still easily a top 10 guy let alone top 15

What makes you say that? Obito's Kamui is only usable in close-range combat and he's done pretty well with it, and since Kakashi can now use his Kamui the same way Obito can plus he has the added long range abilities, his is even better

Orochimaru, Hashirama, Naruto, Madara, Sasuke, Itachi, Bee, 3rd Raikage, 4th Raikage, Minato, 3rd Hokage, Tobirama, Obito, Nagato. This list is in no particular order. But if it was then yeah i can see Kakashi in the top 15.

Kakashi can warp himself to the other dimension (not individual parts of his body but he can send his whole body to the kamui dimension)

Do you have no idea what you're talking about? I like Kakashi too but.. Kamui isn't as great as you say it is.
The characters you named wouldn't succumb to it so easily, especially because Kakashi doesn't have a vast reserve of chakra. He has the ninjutsu, the speed, the tactics and the taijutsu, but not the chakra. To be honest in terms of fighting ability him and Naruto (base) are about equal. Not fanboying this, just stating something I've seen through the manga.
