Kakashi had an evil phase?

I mean, sasuke went from above-average genin to S-Rank Madman on a killing spree for old people in what, 3 years? Theres a lot of Kakashi's life we havn't seen, he could have had an evil phase and during that phase he killed Rin.

I doubt this is the case, but it's an idea.
