Having the person you loved forcefully revived using a rinnegan jutsu is just disgusting. It's not that obito wanted to be with rin(he got rid of that feeling ever since she died) it's just that obito was just angry because neither him nor kakashi could protect rin despite all the power they had. Reviving her would only prove that he was weak enough to not only let her die but to also lose himself by the agony, he wouldn't want rin to see him like that.

The thing is.. Obito had all these knowledge that Madara gave him...He could've done so much more or something different.

Obito was no one. He didn't live for himself, he lived for the sake of infinite tsukiyomi and reviving madara. That was his one and last objective, plus he had to do it forcefully after coming to realization.
