weve, only seen two transplants between brothers. and 3 real MS activations, theres room for a possible EMS from obito to kakashi. thye both have an eye which allows them to see and go threough each others struggles together like "brothers"

To get Ems you need to be an Uchiha with special Chakra in your Brain

You must be registered for see images

Kakashi is not a Uchiha, and you can't get Ems from Transplanting the same pair of eyes. Also to Get EMS your need two Different Sets of Eyes

i wish i could the viz translations for that page... i personally thought he was referring to the sharingan in general at most Ms considering that ems is super rare. remember you're only supposed to unlock 1 tomoe then 2 then 3 , that is depending on how strong your spiritual energy is

My thought was when the eye got implanted into Madara that could've awakened it into EMS... and the whole "brother" thing is just speculation, it's only being said because of madara/his brother and sasuke/itachi but it's been so rare that somebody awakens just a MS that it could be said that anyone could awaken an EMS given a transplanted MS

To you maybe speculation but didn't Itachi explain to Sasuke clearly:-

"THIS EXCHANGE COULD ONLY BE DONE BETWEEN CLANSMEN... mean within Uchiha Clan

"AND SIMPLY GAINING ANOTHER'S EYES DIDN'T EQUATE TO GAINING THIS POWER..." mean even between Uchiha & Uchiha doesn't awakens EMS, even 1st sentence already stated "COULD" not "SHOULD"..

the last sentence "MANY SACRIFICES PILED UP OVER THE COURSE OF OUR CLAN HISTORY"... could be mean, many Uchiha has been try the exchange method to gain EMS but fail...

And became "FINAL SECRET BEHIND OUR EYES".. the secret to gain EMS Itachi refer to are "SIBLINGS"..

So, at this moment Madara/Izuna & Sasuke/Itachi awakens EMS.. the only relation to each other was.. Strong Blood Bonds = Siblings..
