Kakashi with one MS eye only and Guy with 8th Gate restricted can win this match. Giving them all of their powerups makes it so that each can solo. A is never speedblitzing someone who outsped Madara's gudoudamas, nor is Tsunade tanking an attack that makes mile deep craters in the ground. To make things worse, everyone except for A is too slow for Kamui, making any of the other Kage an easy target for a Kamui snipe.

It's far from instant. At first he has to roar like an idiot. Ay will have plenty of time to oneshot him, as well as Onoki and Gaara. He is a standing and immobile target for a 2-3 seconds.

Gai could open the gates fast enough and use hiruodora before Naruto was stabbed despite being restrained. So he doesn't have to take a particular position. He could also open it instantly here

Guy opened the 5th Gate instantly whilst in midair, the 6th Gate in the time it took Kakashi to form a shadow clone, and the 7th Gate then used Hirudora while Madara's Susano'o was in mid swing. A is not blitzing Guy before he gets into Gates, not when his V1 speed is too slow, and his V2 speed requires him to pump up his chakras for a while before he starts moving.
