Now that Black Zetsu possesed 2 MS kamui ( Obito right eye is closed).

Kakashi didnt do anything in this chapter.Does this mean his forever fodder ?

Kakashi is far from fodder, he became a jounin at 13, even if he doesn't get another sharingan, he is far from fodder.

But he won't have alot to do in this war, but in general he isn't fodder

He has always been a sort of tactician to me like batman but yes he is fodder now he might provide support like "My team is the best Go get em" and maybe even throw 'manga fact' in his dialogue like 'I see by combining rasengan with kurama's farts Madara's attack was overpowered because of the emotion chakra' on the other hand Kakashi could always just take his mask off and win.

Kakashi might do something if madara makes sure to tell him what he told obito about rin etc and tells him what noise obito did when he died, we might see the legendary white fang power passed from father(sakumo hatake,legendary shinobi who was more powerful than a sanin) to son,kakashi's gonna kick some ass white fang style.

What does that have to with current manga?
Naruto and sasuke became the strongest ninjas from the leaf village by age 16...what your point.

He is fodder in this current arc of the manga. He cant help or compete against Madara so hes useless. That makes him fodder.
Is he weak overall? No because he could still beat many ninjas but guess what at this point most ninja are fodder compared to whats going on now...Sorry
