well 2 me 2 be a kage a shinobi must b very strong ,lots of chakra,etc.so in comparison tsunade is strong than kakashi...n can help the village 4rm lots trouble..
eventhough kakashi has 1000 jutsus under his sleeve but he has less chakra so he is in loss in many battles but tsunade with her medical jutsu n taijutsu
so tsunade is more capable than kakashi
so my vote goes 2 tsunade!

i partially disagree with you, on the fact it wont be shikamaru it will be nartuo.
think about it the current hokage appoints the next hokage so yeh i think kakashi will be the next (there is a chance it will skip him and go straight to naruto) but if it does go to kakashi by fuedal lord decision (because some how tsunade dies before being able to appoint a new hokage) then kakashi will appoint naruto before he retires because
1. kakashi knows its naruto's dream
and
2. kakashi respects the fact he is the strongest ninja in the whole village
and
3. shikamaru wouldnt want to be hokage when he was younger he commeneted on how he just wanted to be an average ninja also he turned down the 12 ninja guardian job because it was too much hassle.

i wreckon naruto will definately be a hokage or maybe a kage supreme but kakashi will be the next unless its down to tsunade's choice, as i think tsunade would choose naruto over kakashi just because of the whole rasengan bet for necklace thing when they first met

I agree with u, Shikamaru is too smart not to become hokage. and naruto would be like the "Kakashi" of the village, always saving it in times of need!!
