Yes, the series wont end yet. Kishi is hinting at Naruto part 3 since Naruto won't be Hokage yet the series wont end. I think it would be best if Kakashi becomes hokage

If this is temporary, I wonder HOW he'd become Hokage. Hokage's need to have power which he doesn't if Obito's new gift IS only temporary.

I mean he's smart enough, definitely. But in terms of being able to protect the village from threats? I mean the five nations will be goody two shoes after the war but who knows. Nagato wasn't from the five villages and he'd wreck Kakashi.
