Nice! The bottom one is probably much better than the top. Sorry for my heart breaking honesty but this is for your own good: on the first one, the weird patterns made the picture look a little weird, next time try avoiding from adding stuff like those for next time.
Also try not to press hard with the inking process or else it'll ruin your art piece's tone and balance.

well if you like drawing with his ear that is off and a missing ear and that dosent even look like kakashi i guess that your opinion and as for the paterns it called cross hatching and as for the lines didnt you know they is alot of size it called brush pen lol
