Does it means that Kakashi has finally control in his Sharinggan ? and helps him to have Chakra Preserves I guess :ghehe: :O

Unless he's shown without a Sharingan on any other panel, that's 99% the case.

I dont think so.. In page 11 and 12 Kakashi tried to encounter obito incoming attack with his Sharinggan but he wasnt because of his Wound in his Feet.

No if you look here he does not have the sharingan either and it is clear that he is startled by something. I think he has lost his sharingan.
