Kakashi doesn't have hatred, he is one of the most pure characters, maybe THAT'S why he doesn't have such a POWERFULL MS like obito's and he doesn't go blind, because he doesn't have hate so his MS is not that powerfull and he doesn't go blind as fast as itachi or sasuke

You might be onto something there however you are wrong about his being less powerful.
Kakashi simply learned to use kamui in a different way. Its the same power.
And once kakashi fought with obito for a bit he began to learn the many versatile uses of kamui.

After hearing tobirama breakdown the process in scientific terms i believe kakashi learning the value of friendship and love has helped him keep his sharingan from robbing him of his light.

I here the eyes are connected and at first it seems legit until you start asking questions like,What do you mean by connected ?How does this connection work ? it raises way more questions then it tries to solve making it a very horrible and convoluted theory.

Then again it could simply boil down to kakshi not being a uchiha so the dna and chakra that disrupts the sharingan are not present within him,because he himself is not an uchiha.

we already know that kakashi and obito's eyes are linked. and we know that obito's eye was transplanted into kakashi. no where in the manga does it state that the sharingan has to be a MS when transplanted in order to find "new eternal light". so therefor we can assume that once kakashi received obito's eye that at that moment it found eternal light. and since their eye's are linked then so did obito's. this would explian why neither of the two went blind. because their sharingans were eternal before they ever activated their mangekyo's.
