The thing about copying 1000 jutsu is just to prove that his nickname really is Copy Ninja. It doesn't mean he MASTERED.

my evidence from the manga showed that kakashi can use it
give me your evidence from the manga which show kakashi forgot it
the manga showed kakashi say that he'll use it but it didn't show him say (damn i forgot my 1000 jutsu)
the manga can't show kakashi while he use 1000 jutsu as that will take at least 50 chapter

i would still remeber the ans to that question if the same questions comes again in my next paper i would definitively know the ans to that question as i have already copied the same type of question b4 so it will still be there in my mind

he could but the problem of this manga is that every OP character has a disadventage ready with them kakashi doesnt has that much chakra reserves to fight and use all his 1000 jutsu's

I actually see your point in the whole "copying is not mastering" thing..

But honestly, he technically still knows 1,000 jutsu's. Whether copying them, nor mastering them, it doesn't make a slight difference whether he actually knows 1,000 jutsu's or not.

i know that kakashi can use it i just explained to the Medio guy that no one gives a person a nickname if he cant use the tech again then whats the point of giving a nickname to person if he just use it once

All he said was his nickname, the description of his nickname, and that he is about to kick ass.
