Yes he does, But who wouldn't? He sees this person with Obito's eye, He apparently knows about the Kanabi bridge, Knows Kakashi is full of regret, tells him he makes false excuses at someones grave..... ETC...
BUT what someone people don't understand, is writers like to trick their readers into thinking one thing and end up being another. Happens all the time.
Kishi is just doing a very good job at making everyone believe Tobi is Obito, But logically its not possible.

This is all a big trap. Kishi is probably making his characters think that Tobi is Obito and then revealing to us readers that it wasn't Obito. He's feeding us too many Obito hints. Please don't make it Obito... :(

I know he's a good writer.

I really hope Obito isn't him, also because of the war it will cause on NB between Tobito theorists and anti-Tobito theorists. I don't have anything against people's opinions on Tobi=Obito, it's just that I believe Kishi will ruin his manga if he does.

Kakashi does not have as much knowledge on the subject as we the readers do. It's entirely possible that he believes Tobi is Obito.
Yes, this.

In particular, does Kakashi know that Tobi was behind the kyuubi attack? I don't remember that ever being stated, outright, in his presence. If you took that off the table, then I could probably be convinced that Tobi is Obito, so it's really no wonder Kakashi suspects it.
