Sasuke would've lost. Fighting Danzo so recklessly cost him his eyesight and all his chakra. The quick fix heal he got from Karin after being stabbed by Danzo's wind sword, wasn't enough for him to take on a fresh Kakashi.

the op is just a confirmed retard. so you are just going to ignore that sasuke had just come out of a taxing battle with danzo were he overused soosano and was exhasted, karin even mentions he was pushing his body. yet still have enough juice to force kakashi to use kamui which put him on his knees, another soosano arrow and he would have been dead, thankfully sasuke lost his sight hence he was spared. people say kakashi would have kamui gg, sasuke would have also amaterau gg if he used it at the start. this place, biased as always. you mention kakashi not wanting to kill, but you wont mention sasukes drawbacks.

Sasuke couldn't use Susanoo anymore at that point, he was completely near out of chakra. On top of that near blind. Yeah Kakashi wasn't in good condition either, but atleast he had more chakra to spend and could see clearly.
Kakashi clearly had the upper hand.
