Note: I am not making fun of certain characters that leads to a pointless thread filled with insults. I perfectly understand the rules and regulations.

If u haven't, pls read Part One before checking out this thread

A lot of people think Kakashi had a harder life than Obito and that it makes much more sense if Kakashi turned evil and not Obito

Well, I am going to prove this wrong

Obito had a much harder life to live than Kakashi

Today, I will be discussing two major points

1.) Rin's Death

2.) Minato's and Kushina's Deaths

Rin's Death

Rin's death affected both Kakashi and Obito. Kakashi became a depressed individual while Obito was consumed with anger and hatred

Now, a lot of people seem to think that Rin's death affected Kakashi more than Obito because Kakashi was the one who killed her and Obito was just a witness

However, they are wrong

Yes, Kakashi was in a lot of pain and had nightmares of killing Rin

However, if u really think about it. Kakashi was more sad about the fact that he didnt keep his promise to Obito about taking caring of Rin

Kakashi and Rin were never really that close

We never see them have a heartfelt conversation or interact in a way that seems to resemble a genuine relationship

Hell, Kakashi was even going to abandon her for the sake of the mission

In Obito's case, well........

Coupled with the fact that Kakashi broke his promise to Obito and the fact that Kakashi was the one who killed Rin, Obito felt an enormous amount of pain that cannot rightfully be judged

(I'll be using Naruto as an example)

To Obito, Rin was his Iruka, his Hinata, his Sakura, and his Sasuke all together

You must be registered for see images

Rin was the first person to acknowledge him - Iruka

Rin was the one of the few people who genunly supported him - Hinata

Obito wanted to win Rin's heart - Sakura

Rin was Obito's best friend - Sasuke

In a sense, its quality over quantity

Rin's death shaped the person Obito is today

Coupled with the fact that Obito is an uchiha and we all know what happens to uchiha once they know love

Combined that with Madara's will affecting Obito's mind along with the puppet seal

Obito's mind was completely shattered

Obito had no real chance at living a normal life with his friends because he was screwed at the very beginning by Madara

In conclusion, yes Rin's death affected Kakashi a lot, but u also have to understand how Obito feels about her

The Friendzone argument and how Obito started this war because he was friendzone is a stupid concept

Obito already knew Rin loved Kakashi

It still doesnt matter because Rin was Obito's best friend (why do u guys neglect that)

If Rin was a boy, u guys wouldnt even bring up this friendzone crap

In actuality, Rin's death brought more pain to Obito than to Kakashi

Minato's and Kushina's Deaths

Now this is another argument that needs to be addressed

People seem to think that Minato's death affected Kakashi the most. That his death didnt matter to Obito one bit because he was the one who caused him to die

However, they are wrong once again

Minato's death did affect Obito more so than Kakashi

If u really think about it, Kakashi and Minato did have a close relationship and that was centered on the fact that Minato wanted Kakashi to learn teamwork

But u also have to realize that Minato had a close relationship with Obito

In actuality, Obito was really close to Minato and he had a reason for fighting Minato

You must be registered for see images

He had to fight Minato in order to get rid of his feelings as Obito Uchiha

In order to fully become Madara, he had to cut his ties as Obito Uchiha

Obito is a nihilist

You must be registered for see images

Obito had to abandon the feelings he once had for his team so that he would have the strength to complete Madara's plan

Because any ounce of feelings he once had as his younger self, would ultimately lead him to regret the choices he made as the Masked Man, Tobi, Madara, etc (which he did)

A lot of people hate Obito for being the person responsible for the deaths of Naruto's parents

But let me ask u guys something, did u ever look at it from Obito's perspective

In conclusion, yes Kakashi became more depressed after Minato's and Kushina's death

On the other hand, Obito was able to remove his feelings for others because he knew in the end that when Infinite Tsukuyomi is achieved, he can bring everyone back and bring them to a world where there is no suffering; a world with only winners

Obito had this type of mindset and was fully committed to Madara's plan because he thought it was the best solution

PS: I'll be making the third and final part later this week

Obito didn't give a shit about Minato and Kushina. He even tried to kill their newborn baby. :leaf:

Note:
Today, I will be discussing two major points

1.) Rin's Death
2.) Minato's and Kushina's Deaths

Major Points? Are you serious hahaha XD

Kakashi has by far the hardest life in Naruto.

1. His best friend "Obito" died
2. Rin died ( He gave a promise too Obito and coudn't prtect her)
3. His father died by suicide
4. Minato died (father substitute)
5. Jiraya died
6. Hiruzen died ( also father substitute)

... This list can go on but I'll stop here. Kakashi is in my opinion the one with the hardest life in Naruto and it's a real wonder that he is still a good person. Kakashi is the greatest Ninja in Naruto. U.U

Obito was also lead to believe not a single person cared for him or each other (at the start, not later after hearing Kakashi speak at his grave) i.e:
The rules stated to leave friends behind for missions, then after asking Kakashi to look after Rin he seems to kill her and it probably seemed that way for a long time.
It was definitely hard for Kakashi with his father's suicide and loss of Minato but Obito had no parents or friends except Rin, who was more of an only friend than a girlfriend.
Because Kakashi had his friends help him I'm inclined to believe he had an easier time than Obito did with Madara is all.
A lot of characters all the way through the stories give thanks for the things they have that they want to protect, Obito wanted to protect the world like he promised Rin, she put a bit of a heavy burden on him with that promise.
That's all, I could, as ever be wrong, I've only been familiar with the story for a year now, but my view is as valuable as anyone's, and people that argue about things as mentioned in the rules here just want each other to understand there views I suppose. :)
