Obito said your known for something does not mean he copy it the only reason he has it cause obito chakra inside of him obito eyes turn into dust read chapter again.

Susano'o is the ability of the Mangekyou sharingan, so it can't be just copied and used by the normal sharingan, its Obito's skill that is letting kakashi use the Susan'o.

Well, that's very OP I think, copying the Susano'o, a stabilized Susasno'o, like hell!

If he can do that, maybe he can also copy jutsus such as Shinra and/or Bansho[?], Amaterasu[?] and Tsukuyomi[?]
