Sharingan can only copy movements, handsigns. Kakashi couldn't even copy Rasenshuriken.

Kakashi can't copy rasenshuriken for a reason which is rasenshuriken has wind element in it and kakashi himself stated to naruto while training him that he has no affinity to wind element and hence can't advice on how to perfect it. Hence he suggested that naruto go and visit asuma as he has the same affinity towards wind as naruto.
Kakashi can only use techniques with the affinity of following elements :-
Water,Lighting,Earth, Fire (note fire tech was only shown in the anime and not the manga).
