[Theory] Kakashi death a bigger possibility now?

I'm sure Kakashi will get something from Obito, if not and he does in fact die somehow, it will in a dramatic way Kishi could think of.
When Neji died, I was annoyed but someone is bound to die.
How can Obito kill a character important to Naruto but Madara cannot?
