He can't deactivate it because he is not an uchiha

It's possible. His sharingan aren't transplanted. They manifisted because of obitos chakra, maybe that allows him to control it.

LOL, I like the fact that every forum I read people still go on about Kakashi's powers as though they are permanent. It clearly says on both scans that it's "temporary" meaning that it was only supposed to last for a certain period of time. Lukily for Kakashi the series is ending, because without his sharingan, he's pretty much useless now.

He must diactivate it, otherwise he'll have to cover both eyes. Also, by seeing how much he spammed uchiha powers, then obito must have trasfared uchiha chakra to him ( maybe uchiha dna also)

Did anyone besides one other person look at the scan? It's not enough of a close up. It could still be there. I don't think Kishi tried to imply anything with that scan.
