Kakashi Copying Kekkei Genkai.

I know that when having the third Sharigan you can copy almost any justu the user see's besides Kekkei Genkai.
But in the movie Naruto the Movie Clash in the Land of Snow Kakashi copyed Nadare Roga justu which was Ice style which is known as a Kekkei Genkai,

So my guess is you can copy some Kekkei Genkai?
I'm not sure now, me any my brother had a debate about this but it seems he won this round.

it wasnt kekkia genkai in that movie haku was the last survivor, they contradicted the manga in tht movie. they used "ice style" for the theme of the movie and setting nothing more nothing less. imo
