2. In order to copy a jutsu, you need to see hand-seals. MS requires none, so NO.

3. Kakashi partially explained how he got MS: Due to the peaple that are closest to him are dead, he was able to use that during his training to get MS.

Your point fails. My point is sharingan reads movements in order for it to copy something. Do you expect him to copy Itachi's eye changing or something? I don't think he can will his tomoe like that. It doesn't just witness an ability and allows the sharingan user to have that ability for their own whenever they want. If they forget the handseals/movements its lost forever.
