naruto have kurama in him, and when he got access to kurama's chakra, he got a chakra boost, which definitely helped in summoning gamabunta. Also At that time, we didn't even knew much about kyuubi , so showing something like that would not make sense at all.
It just represents that naruto gets extra chakra from kyuubi which makes him to do impossible things.

And regarding yamato's mokuton,
NO, it is just to show that Kyuubi's chakra have very much life force, so much that it can even make the zetsu grow into trees.
it represents connection to sage's body.


BUT , i don't completely disagree , your theory might be true, since senju DNA = sage's body = life force and kyuubi's chakra also shows life force, it might be true that kyuubi's chakra work as senju dna.

Also to further support your theory, naruto in one tail mode did one-handed rasengan, which he cannot do now.

BUT IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT, kakashi can't warp a bijju, Remember, the time, when kakashi was goign to kamui the gedo mazo itself, it didn't happen , but it would have happened if obito didn't cancel it.
And the fact that obito interfered , means it would have succeeded. Also we could see that kakashi created a big ass kamui gate, so it means he can create a big kamui gate, rest of it is done by kamui itself.

So for now, kakashi CAN warp a bijju.
