Kakashi can use Tobi’s space-time techniques

We saw how Kakashi sent away Mazou’s neck with kamui then Tobi brought it back by reversing the technique.
I think if Kakashi learn to use kamui on the opposite way then he will be able to use Tobi’s space-time techniques also it's make me thinking that Tobi is Obito’s father.

I agree Tobi reversed Kakashi's Kamui, so I think that it is the same jutsu. Tobi is just a lot more skilled in using it.

I don't see how any of this proves that Tobi is Obito's father, I don't see the connection..
