Only problem is that the manga has already proven the contrary when Kakashi was able to warp a missile which was in constant motion like you say instantly, the same goes for the kunai which was moving to Naruto at high speed, that he warped when himself was moving at high speed in mid air. So he has shown that he was able to target even a fast moving object, so don't know why he could not do the same even if the ennemy is in constant motion. Don't forget the fact that Sharingan also helps him to track movements. It's probably even the reason why he is able to aim that precisely

Ok??? Rinnegan sharigan tobi was fighting 3 other people. Obito doesn't need to track the raikage to make himself intagible.

Well, it's pretty much confirmed now that Kakashi's Kamui is 100% instant, at least for warping objects as big as a human (because we saw he needed a moment to use Kamui on Gedo Mazo's neck).

This means that he can kamui anything he can see.
Therefore, Kamui can be avoided with pure speed only if Kakashi's opponent is so fast that Kakashi cannot see him at all. And considering Kakashi's Sharingan, I'm really not sure if someone THAT fast exists. Maybe Naruto and/or A and/or Guy with 8 gates. Maybe not.

Kamui is unstoppable ex. for some specific conditons...
and recently Kakashi showed his awesome mastery over the tech. so yes he can spam it quite some times and is no doubt one of the current strongest...

Yeah my bad, What I meant was a constant sporadic movement! I had thought of the Kunai used on Obito's mask while tyiping, but I really worded it badly. The missle is also is a good point as (I can't remember) it either went straight or it did a lot of spins...can't remember if it was all spinny in just the anime or what! Also I agree that the Sharingan helps him track! I remember how Orochimaru was running around the forest of death and Sasuke could keep him in his sights! Thanks for the correction!!!
