If Obito kills kakashi and takes his eye ( putting it somewhere like Danzo to keep the Rinnegan) he gets a completely haxed version of Kamui and will most likely unlock Susano'o. Kakashi will maybe never surpasse Obito's MS abilities but Obito will never surpasse Kakashi when it comes to speed,intelligence,ninjutsu,versatility,seal etc...

Obito has better strengh (senju dna) and better dojutsu (rinnegan+MS)

People forgot that Kakashi fought for 2 days before meeting Tobi full of chakra with bijuus.
Also Kakashi teams survived vs Tobi + 6 bijuus so you biased in the op.
We also saw that Obito is very vulnerable in kamui's dimension.When Obito doesn't use his intangibilty Kakashi is clearly above, like we saw in kamui dimension despite that Kakashi was exhausted he was able to punch him easily.

When Obito injured Kakashi with the shuriken hits etc...We saw a Kakashi who didn't want fight and lost in his mind.
Kakashi is above Obito when it comes to skills imo and Kishi will prove it that in kamui's dimension Kakashi will outsmart Obito.

I'm pretty sure Kakashi would fit in top 10.

Even before getting Kyuubi's chakra, he already fought for very long and used Kamui 7 times, along with multiple other jutsu. His recent improvement is obvious and IMO its aim was to prepare him to fight Obito.

Even if Kakashi doesn't have Obito's raw power, he's a better ninja altogether when we consider his speed, intelligence and ninjutsu mastery.

And for you saying that Kakashi has had to have his chakra replenished several times, don't forget he's been fighting like twice as long as Obito has until now. Obito only started fighting in the half of second day while Kakashi's been doing that ever since the war has begun, with his only break being running to help Naruto and Bee.

I would also like to point out that Kakashi was also extremely distracted because of the events that just happened, i don't know Obito being alive, feeling guilty for killing rin. Ya know...

When it comes to pure talent, Kakashi is still better then Obito: and as most poeple said: Speed, intelligence, analytical, and ninjutsu, and taijutsu mastery Kakashi is still the man.

Obito does have raw power over him, but if history has taught us anything its that Obito is over confident and Arrogant to the max. Especially when he fought Minato and then again Against team kakashi.
