Kakashi can beat Sasuke

I believe that Kakashi can beat Sasuke and these are the reasons:

• - Sasuke is always in the rush when he fights so far, he is so bloodlusted that he acts before thinking. Even in his fight against Kabuto, Itachi was always there to tell him to calm down and talk about a plan
  
• - In the contrary of that, Kakashi is more like Itachi, a tactical and strategical fighter who always look at weaknesses of his opponents really fermly and use it against them to surprise them and strike, which could happen against Sasuke
  
• - Sasuke has much more raw power with his Susanoo, and Amaterasu especially, but Kakashi already know the jutsu, so he would be much more aware of what could happen if he eventually fight Sasuke(advantage of knowledge here), and knowing how smart he is, he probably already created counters
  
• - Furthermore, about counters he probably created, he has kamui(that he mastered really good recently), but also kawarimi no jutsu, Kage bunshin(which he uses in almost all his fights) as feints, doton wall(that even helps him also to avoid Sharingan vision and prepare his counter-attack).

A very possible scenario:

• - Sasuke uses Susanoo to aim and finish Kakashi really quickly as usual
• - We've seen that he has perfect control of his Kamui right now, so sending things in another dimension won't be a great problem for him if it's needed here
• - Kakashi can also use a doton wall to avoid sharingan vision and counter Sasukes attacks
• - He sends a Raiton kage bunshin underground to attack Sasuke since we know attacking from underground is Susanoos weakness
• - The time Sasuke notice the clone, he will most likely try to destroy it since he can't know what is happening
• - When he destroys the clone, he receives the raiton effect(like Asura Path) and is paralysed
• - At that time it gives a great opportunity for Kakashi to finish the fight with one of his finishing move(Raikiri, Raiden, Kamui)

Now, not saying it would happen like this, but it's to show you that someone like Kakashi could possibly do something like that and win.

Kakashi kamui is not faster than susanoo arrow ,
it won't let kakashi make seals, sasuke is in his prime kakshi is old normal movements also sasuke defeats kakashi
