Who was the only Hokage who had to face 2 Juubi Jins?
Whoever he was he did save the whole alliance twice, also he saved Naruto,Sasuke & Gai.
In the end he was not only the most useful Hokage but the most useful Edo in the war.

Incorrect, the tunnel vision of Raikiri only backfires when you're facing an opponent who can counterattack you. If he had just used it to destroy the meteor it would work normally. In fact, I'm sure now that after Lee and company broke it in half, Kakashi certainly could have destroy the rest by running Raikiri Chain through it but Sasuke came in for dramatic effect.

Kakashi doesn't need to be a natural suiton user, your affinity is the element that easier to master and what your chakra responds to the easiest. Someone like Hiruzen, a master of all 7 elements, uses huge Suitons on par with his Katons (his affinity) and they're equally as strong because hes at a point where hes completely mastered them all. Not saying Kakashi was at that point, but that his Water Dragon definitely could have worked like Mei's.

Then why was Kakashi just standing there like a scared puppy even after Rock Lee broke it in half?

In all I would say KAKASHI is the smartest hokage and is more SUITABLE TO THE TITTLE THEN NARUTO CAN EVER BE

The truth of the matter is, Kakashi was just a benchwarmer until Naruto was ready to take the position. That's really the only purpose he has as hokage plot-wise.

Kakashi got to be intern Hokage in time of peace due to Naruto bringing peace to the world a peace that has not ben scene sines the SO6P and Kakashi was made intern Hokage till Naruto came of age. And Kakashi is and was the weakest of all 7 Hokage’s.
