Tsunade high diff. Without kamui Kakashi has lacks a jutsu that could actually kill Tsunade. And if Tsunade has lived this long without getting her head destroyed then I'm pretty sure she won't get hit. In the head I mean. Kakashi raikiri's Tsunade's stomach and gets stuck. Tsunade kills him.
Katsuyu isn't needed.

I apologize for reposting this, I accidentally deleted my old post when trying to edit a part of it. Still unaccustomed to the forums.

I find it laughable that people continue referring to Part I events exclusively when it comes to Kakashi, yet don't extend that gratuitous "courtesy" to any other character. Kakashi has faced the likes of Itachi, Pain, and Obito, all of whom are superior to Orochimaru (Itachi, by Orochimaru's own admission, was stated to be an "unachievable dream"), without breaking a sweat. He easily defeated Zabuza in Part II as well, and stating that he had "support" when the sole purpose of the aforementioned "support" was to provide the readers with visual of mist ninja slaughtering them doesn't change that.

But don't mind me. Whoever is a fan of Part I events can gladly refer to the chapter where Tsunade was toyed with and nearly got butchered by base Kabuto. After all, it would only be the fair and consistent thing to do.

I am also noticing that people are failing to take into account that Katsuyu is made practically useless by the beach location given Kakashi can give her a saltwater bath with his water-style proficiency (dragon or great waterfall), effectively killing her via the osmosis effect, if Tsunade decides to summon it.

Tsunade wins. Kakashi w/o MS has at best mid-range and short range techniques. His only ways of defeating her rely on lightning blade or lighting transmission. Coming in close exposes him to her strength, her BPD, and Katsuyu. If he stays at mid range, his suiton is too weak to do any real harm. The only Doton that may help him in this location is hiding like a mole. He also has nin dogs.
Meanwhile in her inventory Tsunade possess several thousand Katsuyu minis. Byakugou. Her monster strength, Body Pathway Derangement, medical ninjutsu, and chakra scalpels. Her inventory would thus be most suited for close combat. The sand will reduce the AoE of her strength as well as make Hiding like a Mole Easier. Her Katsuyu advantage though is evident, especially now that we can canonically say that each mini is capable of spitting acid as well as holding people inside of it.
It thus seems that Kakashi is vastly outnumbered. And as a mainly close-ranged fighter he is at a disadvantage. The sand will reduce his speed, in addition one touch from her and he's gone the same is not necessarily true of him touching her. Also nothing indicates Kakashi has full knowledge on Tsunade, as he wouldn't know about Creation Rebirth as he hasn't been around when it's been used and he certainly wouldn't know about the 100 Healings.
