As i remember back then Kakashi didint had Ms only one 3T sharingun and after Kakashi got 2Ms Itachi Has nothing against Kamui,Kamui shurikens,Phasing object,Perfect Susano or Kamui raikiri with unmached Speed so dont bother Kakashi >Itachi oh ya and he has Sage chakra XD(Peoples take simple things in part1 as an canon....)
