He maybe intellectually diverse to as kages but if compare other 4 kage from other country strengh can current Kakashi fight alone or comparable with Mei, Gaara, A and Oonoki.

I think even without a Sharingan stronger than Mei, and maybe same level as gaara. If you remember the times when he was a kid without sharingan, he still was good and became jonin when he was very young (by the age when Shikamaru became chunin i guess)

Well he still has most of his jutsu, after losing sharingan - raikiri, fireball and so on. I think he still can take Mei with that in arsenal. Not sure about Gaara, it depends on his speed and I think he pretty fast as he was rivaling with Gai (I know it was just friendly rivalry, but still). Oonoki definitely stronger than Kakashi, I agree on that
