I think Nahhhh, he's just going to be weak again after this war is over. He probably wouldn't even be able to handle Orochimaru if PS fades away

Naruto as Hokage and Kakashi + Shikimaru as his advisors would be better, or even a Dual Hokage between Naruto and Sasuke...

Kakashi already had his chance to become Hokage but Danzo was in his way and there was nothing he could do.

Kakashi would be a good choice only if he kept the PS

I didn't consider the movie, that would be a cool concept for it. Still, I think it takes more than just intelligence to run a village. Naruto has good communication skills which is a good asset in a Hokage. And he is more well-respected than Kakashi.

Still I can see why Kakashi would be a logical choice.
