IMO he's up to scale with almost any A-ranked Uchiha b/c like you mentioned his superb IQ and proficiency with the sharingan does give him a bit of an advantage even against an Uchiha. But if you are to match him up against an Uchiha prodigy like Itachi, genjutsu master like Shisui, or simply an Uchiha with extremly OP doujutsu skills along with jutsus like Madara he's pretty much beat. Though he has achieved a few bloodline limit accomplishments with his sharingan that arguably even some Uchihas had/could not he still has his limits set to which Uchiha's he could go toe-to-toe with. Lol maybe all the Uchiha fodders that Itachi and Obito killed he could beat them, but 1 on 1 of course. Nice thread, btw.
