If Tobi spamed kamui/space time techniques with Obito's eye for more than 15 years and still no blind it's obvious that he has ems on that eye.Same with Kakashi even if he had only since about 2 years but he isn't an Uchiha so only Kishi decide what he'll do with him logically he should have ems since it's transplanted.

One thing i'm sure Kakashi will not go blind until the end of manga ,for scenario it will be very bad and for fans too, no interrest in it.The only way he loose his eye is if he die in the end and it will be vs Sasuke.

1: Kakashi is not Uchiha, so cannot attain EMS.
