And I don't think that hair color plays any role in relation.
Somehow when I first saw Tobirama he reminded me of Kakashi.
We don't know much about Kakashi's bloodline and family tree so there might be a connection.But for him to be his grandchild doesn't match chronological.

hashirama is older than tobirama

Naruto had his mothers last name for his protection. Your assumption is false if sakumo was tobirama's son he would be sakumo senju then his son would be kakashi senju. Or tobirama could have had a daughter that married sakumo and had kakashi making his name kakashi hatake. This second option is possible but there's no way sakumo and tobirama are related.
