Kakashi and Tobi

Consider that Kamui teleports you to Tobi's dimension. Perhaps that's why Tobi claimed (to kakashi) that "Kamui wont work on me". If this is true, then Kakashi could teleport a particular shinobi to said dimension and attack Tobi or gain information on his teleporting abilities. This could also explain why Kishi has chosen Kakashi to fight alongside Naruto in his duel with Tobi. It could also explain the idea that Kakashi and Tobi's sharingan are of similar/same origin or nature. Just throwing things around here :shrug:

Kamui is a MS ability , so far we have seen , that Madara has susanoo , so does Itachi and Sasuke.

Tobi has similar , but more advanced Kamui.

I don't think Kakashi knows enough about kamui to do that, I mean as far as we know Kakashi can only teleport things to a dimension we haven't seen him bring anyone back from it, so who ever he did it would be taking a huge risk of dying, or never being able to come back

if that's the problem. Kakashi can use kamui on his kage bunshin and send it to that dimension.

I think he said that because if Kakashi takes off one of his arms, or legs, Tobi can easily replace them, as shown after killing Konan, and after the fight with Minato he lost an arm and then we saw them in his first appeareance in Naruto part 2 with his both arms.

I doubt that. Tobi said that such techniques won't work on him,
so that doesn't explain why it won't work on him, because he can kamui his head off.

But everything is possible.

Even when Kakashi teleports you in a whole different dimension, Tobi is still able to move through dimensions. If he can teleport himself from normal dimension to his own, he can also do it being in Kakashis "own".
