Sasuke could do it with ease but he's not really in the business of copying other people's moves, unlike fodderkashi. Fodderkashi was trying to mold Sasuke in his image when he was a young and impressionable kid by making him copy everything but once Sasuke was free from him he liked to do everything his own way.

He could do it with ease. After all, He can probably see the chakra gates amd unluck them easily. The real question is would his body be able to handle it?

Manga says you have to train your body to its limits like gai and lee or it would destroy the body. So unless he has the ability to heal himself instantaneously. He'd be paralysed before he even gote to the 4th gate.
