Kakashi and Sasuke. Who is the better raiton user ?

Before all you Sauce Fanboys start going on with your 'Kirin' and Chidori Variants lemme just put this out there since yall dont get it. . . Kakashi the reason why this ***** even knows the words Lightning Style. The young White Fang created the jutsu so who do you believe has more variants? Kakashi right?

Im 100% sure that kakashi could do anything and beyond sasuke
Level when it comes to Raiton. Kakashi has a good 10+ years more exp than him & im pretty damn sure sasuke not nowhere near him. Btw kakashi did copy over 1,000 jutsus right? A bet a good chunk of those are raiton & he has to be proficient at it because he is low/mid kage level.

kakashi is one of the most skilled raiton user but i believe sasuke is more skilled in using it as kakashi never tried to experiment with it he made chidori then that was it all he did to change was increase its power and call it rakari so in terms of power with raiton i say kakashi and in terms of skill of overall use and technique i say sasuke

Think of it like this: Sasuke is the master of Chidori while Kakashi is a master lightning style user

As of late, I give it to Sasuke. Sasuke is able to make a sword of Raiton (back when he attacked Madara) casually and wield it like a normal sword, something he used to have to use his sword for. That feat and all his others is what finally put him over Kakashi in Raiton but only by a slight margin IMO.

Kakashi raeps in lightning style. Kirin isn't a lightning technique it's actual lightning guided by chakra you dopes.
