it is obvios kakashi and sakura cant do a thing to kaguya, so naruto found a way for those 2 to be useful, while naruto and sasuke battle kaguya, kakashi and sakura will battle BZ and in that way kakashi will finally be uselful once more

Kakashi had to have that closure, since Obito is one of the biggest influences with regards to his outlooks as a shinobi and a person.

Now that Obito is gone, just like how he has proven before, he'll focus on the fight and find ways to help his comrades anyway he can.
